30 years in the world of racing. He has debuted in 1977 with the Renault 5 CupSince, professional driver since 1980, 250 international matches, 55 victories and 60 podium finishes, running for Renault, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Porsche, Nissan and Ferrari 333 prototype.

100 Grand Prix in the Sports Prototype, once World Champion Prototypes (1986 team Brun Motorsport Porsche 962). Winner of 6 European Championships and 1 Italian Touring Car Championship. He participated 17 times in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and Daytona. 4 participations at the 12 Hours of Sebring. He has got Superlicense F1 in 1988. He stopped running in 1996. Teammate of Oscar Larraruri, Fabrizio Barbazza, Thierry Boutsen, René Arnoux and of racing legends like Bob Wollek, HJ Stuck, Derek Bell. Co-founder in 2005 of the Trident Racing Team, which plays in the Championship.
